Welcome!
We find people want to have a relationship with God, but church is another matter. Our story starts with what Jesus did by dying on the cross and rising again. He is the standard we strive for. LFC is filled with imperfect people desiring to follow a perfect God. If you’re imperfect like us and wish to follow Jesus, we welcome you to be part of the family. If you’re not sure about who Jesus is, we welcome you to engage with us to learn more.

Jesus came to point people to God and serve others. What matters to Him is what’s in our hearts, not how we look or what political party we follow. Come as you are. As a church we try to not take ourselves too seriously.
LFC exists to make disciples of Jesus. A disciple of Jesus is simply a person who follows Jesus by loving God and loving people, just as Jesus did. We encourage you to be a part of God’s story.
Blessings,
Ty

John 10:10

Life Fellowship Chapel seeks to become a healthy church that reproduces that in others.
Healthy is best. There are so many things people look for in a church, so many books, blogs and rants about what is wrong with the church. Some focus on methodology or outreach and run over people in the church. Some are so focused on those in the church they forget there is a community that needs hope around us. Too often vision is about the pastor, buildings... let's just call it pride. In looking at our church, our people, the needs of our community, and then asking deeply what do we REALLY want, we came upon health and reaching people. People are really looking for healthy churches, not the perfect one.

In our church a majority of people are those who love God, but have been hurt by church. Much of our growth comes from those who were pushed or tapped out of church for a variety of reasons. We go to church because Jesus died for his church, not that we always feel like going. It is easy to walk away. It is easy to huddle together and hide. But Jesus asked us to make disciples. We reproduce who we are, and we crave a healthy church. Not just for ourselves, but to help the church as a whole be healthier. There is a large and growing de-churched group. Healthy churches can heal. So, rather than try to do church right unlike anyone else, we choose to get back to the basics of what the Bible says and live that out.

Life Fellowship Chapel exists to make disciples of Jesus.
A disciple is someone who follows Jesus by believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose again to save us. Because of what Jesus did for us, we're motivated to Love God by building a relationship with Him through worship, prayer and studying the Scripture. Loving God causes us to Love People. People is what God cares most about. In loving people we first care for those who are church and from that we seek to serve those in our community.

Making disciples isn't about being perfect, looking a certain way or being a religious nut. Making disciples is about understanding the depth of how God loves us and having the same grace and attitude that Jesus had towards us: A never giving up, patient, sacrificial and serving kind of love.
